Structure and Features: 
1. This product is a flexible tubular aerator made of chemically reinforced modified plastic material. 
2. The entire circumference of the hose has air holes for aeration, producing medium and
micro bubbles in water. The bubbles rise slowly, ensuring uniform air distribution and high oxygen utilization efficiency. 
3. The hose expands during aeration and flattens under hydrostatic pressure when not in use, which to some extent prevents sludge backflow. 
4. The hose wall thickness is only 2mm, with short and straight air channels, resulting in low air pressure loss. 
5. The air holes are elongated narrow slits, with variable width within a certain range. 
6. The inner surface of the hose is very smooth, making it difficult for biofilm to adhere. 
7. No air filtration equipment is required. Aeration can be stopped at any time, and the hose will not clog regardless of the duration of stoppage. 
8. Easy assembly with low flatness requirements for installation. The air supply pipe and aeration hose are integrated at the bottom of the tank, eliminating the need for additional piping equipment. The price is lower than other microporous aerators. 
9. Good resistance to acids and alkalis. 
10. Can be rolled for packaging, with small volume, convenient for packaging and transportation.

Design Reference Suggestions: 
1. Recommended design parameter values: aeration rate 3 m³/m·h, oxygen utilization rate 12%. 
2. The distance from the hose to the bottom of the tank is generally 300-500 mm, with a hose spacing of 500 mm. This can be adjusted based on water quality, removal load, and oxygen demand. 
3. Within a certain range, multiple aeration hoses (generally no more than 10) can be connected to the same air distribution pipe as a group, controlled by one valve. To ensure uniform air supply for all hoses in the group, consider increasing the diameter of the air distribution pipe appropriately. 
4. When using aeration hoses in activated sludge processes, especially in Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) treatment systems, it is recommended to include sludge discharge measures in the design to allow for the removal of sludge from the pipes when necessary.
